Boles, Smyth Associates, Inc. proudly celebrated its 50th Anniversary on March 7, 2022! Throughout the years, Boles, Smyth has assisted communities, townships, counties, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and various government entities to improve and met their transportation, development and infrastructure needs.
